Artist's Statement

‘Handwriting’ is gathered to create ambiguous messages and uncertain conversations. Old found ephemera is recycled; letters, diaries, postcards, stamps, maps and portrait photographs. References of preciousness and memory are combined with their non-precious throw away references. Papers are layered with silver sheet and cold connected using gold tube rivets.
