Artist Statement:
On the occasion of my exhibition in Lausanne the Swiss journalist Francoise Jaunin noted, that my jewellery gets its force by combining the roughness with the refinement, the archaic with the contemporary and a freedom of conception with a rigour of realization.
What Nikolaus Harnoncourt says about music I relate to jewellery: Beauty has something to do with dirt, with non-perfection.
