Artist Statement:

The jewellery Roos van Soest makes is always derived from stories created in Photoshop. These digital atmospheric collages consist of various collected pictures and illustrations. Using a variety of different materials and techniques Van Soest sets out to reach the same stylistic mood in her 3D pieces as in the 2D work. Precision and refinement are key elements in this process in order preserve and amplify the atmosphere.
