Artist Statement:
Creating jewels means to me an amusing discovery of materials, a search of new techniques, a tactile exploration of shapes and figures in relation to the body. An intimate bond interferes between the jewel and myself : a fancy game where the jewel becomes either another skin, or a shell, or even a protecting shield which conceals the body while puzzling ! |
